( CTID) was founded in October of 1993．It integrates scientific research 、industry、 agriculture and

trade，and owns ＄10，000，000 (RMB) capital．It is mainly engaged in enterprise investment 、 medicine

devdloping、communication equipment 、 computer developing 、producing、sales、service of

techniques、transformation of the achievement、service of information and trade．

Pharmaceutic Industry

Sichuan Jisheng Pharmaceutic Co. Ltd. ， with a successful 70 year history and a capital investment of

＄50，000 ， 000 ， produces 11 categories of Chinese medicines including 112 specific products．Based on

traditional medicines，this company continues to develop new varieties，such as “Danshu Jiaonang”，“Xiongdan

Zichuangshuan” and “Jinze Guanxin Jinaonang”， all of which sell well in mainland China．

The State Administration of TCM has directed the Third Pharmaceutical Factory of Chengdu，a subsidiary of CTID ，

to focus on biochemical methods in production of medicine． As the biggest comprehensive biochemical pharmaceutic

factory in southwest China，it has a capital investment of ＄70，000 ， 000 and produces 6 categories of medicines

(including Cytochrome C Pro Injection and The Injection Chuanhuning) ， involving 119 products．Some of them

，such of them ，such as Heparin Sodium，enjoy popularity in Westrn Europe．

Real Estate

CTID has invested ＄25，000， 000 in building the Shenzhen Construction Materials Transactive Market， a

large-scale modern market which is one of the largest variety construction materials markets in China． Still at an early

stage， this project ocupies more than 100，000 square metres．Welcomed by architectural merchants and by

users，this market boasts open spaces，convenient teansportation， advanced facilities， good srvice and standardized

Agriculture

Hainan Tongde Farm occupies 500 mu (=33.35 hectares) ． Its development is the first attempt by CTID in the field of

agriculture．Using modern agricultural methods on this farm，CTID plans to build a large scale agricultural commodity

base that will improve agricultural methods in China．

CTID has invested ＄3，800，000 in founding the Shandong Lichang Taxi Co.，which owns 50 taxies． This

Communications

CTID has produced stored program controlled economic telephone switching system for Sichuan Normal University．
