hed on the market is "TONG TIAN" oral solution which is known to every household and being

well accepted medicine for reliefing headaches.

          Taiji pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is strictly implemented the"Administration Law of Medicin-

es of the people's Republic of China"; possessing the "License of Drug Manuf acturing Enterprise";

the"Qualification Certificate of Drug Manufacturing Enterprise" and the"Business License". She has

the legal power to the manufacturing andproducing medicitnes in China.

          The General Manager is fully responsible to the routine operation under the leadership of

the Board of Directors. The organization structure of the company comprises departments of Mar-

keting, process/techonlogy, Research Institute, Quality Control, Financing and Administration.
